Keenan Mandatory Training

SAFE SCHOOLS – MANDATED REPORTER TRAINING

Keenan SafeSchools is an online Program that provides Valley ROP employees with regulatory and compliance training.  The following courses are required and are to be completed by all Valley ROP employees.  Every Employee Training might look different based on the School District assignment.  If you have any questions, please contact the office at  559-876-2122.

ALL THE MANDATORY TRAINING FOR VROP EMPLOYEES MUST BE COMPLETED THRU THE VALLEY ROP PORTAL.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLETE THE TRAINING TWICE – VALLEY ROP WILL SHARE WITH YOUR DISTRICT ALL THE CERTIFICATES AND TRAINING. 

How to log on to the online training program:

  1. Valley ROP Keenan Online Training
  2. Enter your district email address as your USERNAME – A WELCOME page will appear.
    1. USERNAME IS YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL ADDRESS.  (If you are a new staff member, you will use your personal email address).

 

Your Keenan SafeSchools page will reflect the mandatory training that has been assigned for your position.  After you click on the course title, you will need to accept the “Disclaimer”.  This will then take you to the modules for the course.  The courses have audio, so if you would like to listen to the course, be sure to turn up your speakers.  You must complete each of the modules in its entirety, as well as successfully pass the quiz at the end of each of the courses in order to receive full credit.
